Hyderabad: Former MLA NVSS Prabhakar made statements claiming that AICC Telangana incharge Deepa Dasmunshi received a Mercedes Benz as a gift. In response, Deepa Dasmunshi has issued a legal notice against Prabhakar, demanding that he prove his allegations within the next two days. If he fails to do so, she will file a defamation case seeking Rs 10 crore in compensation.

Deepa Dasmunshi’s legal team has demanded that Prabhakar not only prove his allegations but also disclose the name of the person who delivered the car to her. They believe that these allegations were made on a popular Telugu news channel for political gain with malicious intentions. If Prabhakar does not provide evidence to support his claims within the next two days, both civil and criminal action will be taken against him.
