Banoth Madan Lal, a candidate from the BRS party in Wyra, conducted his campaign in a few wards of the municipality. He was warmly welcomed by large crowds of supporters wherever he went. Banoth Sakkubai, the women president of the BRS party in the town, led the women in showing their support for Madan Lal.
During his campaign, Madan Lal went to different wards and pleaded with the people for their support. He expressed that his strength and courage come from the people, and he promised to always be there for them if elected. In Ward 20, he performed a special pooja at Anjaneyaswamy temple, and Banoth Sakkubai and others joined him in this event. MLA Ramulu Naik also took part in the campaign alongside Madan Lal.
Madan Lal criticized the Congress party, which had ruled for 60 years, stating that they did nothing for the state. He also mentioned that their promises of six guarantees were not reliable. On the other hand, the BRS party has achieved things that were not accomplished in the last 60 years, such as eliminating power cuts, ensuring a smooth supply of seeds, addressing shortages, and extending pensions.
