A fire broke out at the SSV Fab factory in the Jeedimetla industrial area of Hyderabad on Tuesday afternoon. The factory, which produces polythene bags, has been engulfed in flames, and the situation remains uncontrolled.
The fire became more dangerous due to a large amount of plastic raw materials stored on the ground floor. Firefighters have been working tirelessly to contain the blaze since the incident occurred.
Currently, four fire engines are being used to control the fire. Authorities expect the blaze to be completely extinguished by Wednesday afternoon. Despite their efforts, the building has been entirely destroyed and has collapsed due to the intensity of the fire.
The incident caused panic among people in the surrounding areas. Firefighters are also taking precautions to prevent the fire from spreading to nearby companies, as the raw materials on the ground floor were completely consumed by the flames.
