Minister Seethakka Says Congress Wants to Empower Women

HyderabadMinister Seethakka spoke about the Congress government’s dedication to empowering women at the Indira Mahila Shakti event at Yusufguda Kotla Vijayabhaskar Reddy Stadium. She emphasized, “Our goal is to make women leaders,” focusing on reducing their financial reliance on men.

The government has introduced several important measures. These include free bus travel for women, setting up Kuttumish food processing units, and handing over the management of grain purchase centers in rural areas to women’s groups. Seethakka praised CM Revanth Reddy for enhancing women’s roles in the government.
