Dr Tellam Venkat Rao, MLA of Bhadrachalam, expressed his gratitude to the people who supported him in winning the election. He clarified that he switched parties not for personal gain, but for the development of the Bhadrachalam constituency.
The MLA made the decision to join the Congress party three weeks ago, which resulted in all 10 Assembly segments in Khammam now being under Congress rule. Dr Tellam Venkat Rao explained that his decision was motivated by the lack of development in the constituency. He highlighted some recent accomplishments, such as the establishment of a Junior College in Venkatapuram mandal and a fire station in Charla mandal. He also promised to address water scarcity issues in Dummugudem, Charla, Venkatapuram, and Wazedu mandals.
Dr Tellam Venkat Rao pledged to work tirelessly to lead the constituency towards progress with the support of the people who elected him. He reassured that he would fulfill all his election promises.
