Mohammed Waliullah Sameer, the Congress candidate for the Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency, criticized AIMIM for helping BJP grow. He promised to bring development and change to Hyderabad if elected. Sameer made these remarks before a roadshow in Malakpet.
He supported AICC General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi’s statement about AIMIM’s secret alliance with the BJP. Sameer agreed with Gandhi that AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi works closely with the BJP. He accused both MIM and BJP of promoting a divisive agenda through communal narratives. Despite holding the Hyderabad seat since 1984, MIM has not shown any progress or future development plans, according to Sameer. He also claimed that BJP has instilled fear among Hyderabad voters.
MIM, in return, fields candidates in other constituencies to divide votes and help BJP win. Sameer criticized Owaisi for using fear tactics in elections and accused BJP of supporting him with provocative statements from its leaders.
