In Nagarkurnool district, the police took action to educate people who violated traffic rules. Under the instructions of Superintendent of Police (SP) Gaikwad Vaibhav Raghunath, the police organized a counseling session for traffic violators.
The event started with a rally involving 150 people who had broken traffic laws. The rally began at the police station and moved towards the Ambedkar statue, passing through the bus stand. When they reached Ambedkar junction, the violators were asked to take a pledge to follow traffic rules in the future.
The police explained the importance of obeying traffic laws. They highlighted the dangers of drunk driving, the need for proper number plates on vehicles, and the risks of overspeeding. After the counseling, the violators were warned that if they continued to break the rules, strict action would be taken against them.
The program was led by CI Kanakaiah, SI Govardhan, Traffic SI Kalyan, and other police officers. They urged the participants to avoid repeating their mistakes and to prioritize road safety at all times.
