Hyderabad: The Telangana Hockey and District Olympic Association in Hyderabad have elected new office-bearers at Fateh Maidan Club. The election took place unanimously on Thursday.
Gajella Nageshwar Rao, the Chairman of Telangana Beverages Corporation, has been elected as the President. Abdul Syed Khan is the senior vice president, and J Ramesh, Danish Abdul Basheer, and Pooja Sree are the vice presidents. CR Bheem Singh, an International Hockey player, has been chosen as the General Secretary.
A total of 15 board members were elected without any opposition. The term for these office-bearers is four years.
