Police Raid Gambling Den in Gadwal, Arrest 9 People
Gadwal police, acting on reliable information, raided a gambling den on the outskirts of Daudar Palli village and arrested nine individuals for illegal gambling. The operation was led by Town SI Kalyan Kumar and Rural SI Srikant.
During the raid, the police seized Rs 59,390 in cash, seven mobile phones, and four motorcycles from the suspects. The operation was conducted under the supervision of District SP T. Srinivasa Rao.
Authorities emphasized their commitment to eradicating illegal activities in the region. They warned that strict actions will be taken against those involved in unlawful practices.
Residents were also urged to report any suspicious or illegal activities to the police to help maintain a safe and law-abiding community.
