The Telangana government launched the ‘Cool Roof’ policy to help buildings deal with extreme heat. This policy will lower indoor temperatures and reduce the use of electricity in commercial, non-residential, and residential buildings. Nippon Paint is supporting this policy and promoting its importance. They have also created a green product called Walltron Hydroshield Damproof paint that can reduce temperatures by 7 to 10 degrees.
