Home Minister Mahmood Ali spoke about the public’s trust in the police during a recent event in Hyderabad. He said that the government’s cooperative approach has improved peace and security in Telangana. The Minister, along with Agriculture Minister Singireddy Niranjan Reddy, inaugurated a new district SP office in Wanaparthi.

Minister Ali shared that 64% of CCTV cameras have been installed throughout the state, making Telangana the top-ranked state in the country in terms of CCTV coverage. He credited Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao for the state’s development.

The Home Minister also addressed a previous concern that nine out of ten districts would experience backwardness after Telangana was formed. He clarified that this prediction proved to be incorrect, and emphasized the state’s efforts to attract industries. Telangana was formed through KCR’s persistence and achieved statehood in a peaceful manner, successfully uniting all communities.
