Hyderabad: On Sunday, participants of the 131st Vaktha batch, a public speaking training program by hmtv and Kaushalya School of Life Skill, expressed how the course boosted their confidence. They appreciated expert advice that prepared them to speak before large audiences. Many attendees felt transformed, ready to impact society positively. The two-day training was described as a life-changing experience that enhanced their public speaking skills. Attendees noticed significant changes in their attitude and body language and aimed to maintain the confidence they gained.

After the program, participants eagerly took the microphone, no longer waiting to be called. They thanked D Bal Reddy, the program’s instructor, for helping them overcome their fear of public speaking.

D Bal Reddy advised participants to consistently practice if they wanted to become proficient speakers. He emphasized that many ignore skill development until faced with situations requiring them to speak. Being prepared is crucial to avoid failure, he noted.

He taught them about body language, focusing on posture and communication during speeches. Certificates and a book authored by him were presented to all participants.

Feedback from attendees highlighted the program’s simplicity and effective examples. N Vishnuvardhan Reddy from Hyderabad shared how, despite initial hesitation, he and others became confident speakers over the two days. He expressed gratitude to Bal Reddy for the Vaktha program.

Dr C Subramanyam from Tirupathi praised the program’s design for helping people overcome stage fright and express themselves freely in large gatherings. SK Rafi committed to practicing the tips learned, feeling the program significantly boosted his morale and anticipated a positive impact on his life.
