Protests at ‘Rythu Vedikas’ in Hyderabad postponed by one week

The BRS farmers’ protests at the ‘RythuVedikas’ in Hyderabad have been postponed for a week due to heavy rain across the State. This decision was made by the party in order to delay the protest against the Congress party’s three-hour free electricity policy. KT Rama Rao, the working president of BRS, released a statement on Thursday announcing the postponement.

KTR stated that once the rain subsides, the party will resume its protests to oppose the Congress party’s power policy, with the participation of all farmers. He urged BRS leaders and activists to support the people and farmers during this week of heavy rainfall.
