Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge Likely to Visit Hyderabad for Constitution Protection Campaign
As part of the ‘Samvidhan Bachao’ (Save the Constitution) campaign, senior Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge are expected to visit Hyderabad soon.
PCC president B Mahesh Kumar Goud shared the news during an informal interaction with the media at Gandhi Bhavan on Saturday. He mentioned that efforts are underway to invite the top leaders of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) to address a public meeting on January 27. The meeting will focus on the theme of protecting the Constitution. However, if the event is delayed, it is likely to take place in the first week of February.
This public meeting will come after the conclusion of the Congress campaign, ‘Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Samvidhan,’ which is scheduled to end on January 26. The campaign marks the 75th anniversary of the Indian Constitution coming into effect.
The decision to launch this campaign was made during the recently held Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting in Belagavi, Karnataka.
