In Hyderabad, TPCC president A Revanth Reddy is aiming to win at least 14 Lok Sabha seats. To achieve this goal, he has planned to strengthen the party network at the grassroots level during the election period. Coordination Committees will be set up at the booth level, Assembly level, and Lok Sabha constituency level in all 17 constituencies.
Reddy recently met with party leaders and urged them to work together and take responsibility for party activities until the elections. He emphasized that party activists will support leadership at all levels. Reddy also instructed leaders to follow the successful ‘Malkajgiri model’ from the previous LS elections.
As part of this plan, coordination committees will be established in all Lok Sabha segments soon. Each segment’s committee will include an AICC observer and important local leaders as members. Additionally, each Assembly segment committee will consist of Congress MLAs or party in-charges and key leaders from each mandal.
Five active party members from each area will be selected to join the booth-level committees. These committee members will play a crucial role during the elections, with Reddy stressing the importance of their role in managing voters effectively. He promised that the booth committees will be recognized and given priority in the upcoming formation of Indiramma Committees based on their performance.
Reddy has also announced the formation of Indiramma Committees to oversee government scheme implementation and beneficiary selection at the village level.
