Hyderabad DCC President and Congress candidate, Mohammed Waliullah Sameer, criticized AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi’s focus on divisive politics in the Old City. Sameer noted that despite AIMIM holding the Hyderabad Lok Sabha seat since 1984, little has been done to address development challenges. Owaisi, the current MP since 2004, has not adequately addressed residents’ issues.

Sameer highlighted that Owaisi’s political prominence has overshadowed the needs of Hyderabad’s people. While media covers Owaisi’s statements, he neglects to address the lack of development in the city. Residents struggle to voice their demands and grievances. Sameer emphasized the need for change, calling for projects and funding to support Hyderabad’s development.

Residents deserve attention to their pressing concerns for a better quality of life.
