Hyderabad: The South Central Railway announced plans to add more comfortable options for travelers on two express trains. Starting September 1, 2025, Train No. 17014 from Kazipet to Hadapsar will include a new AC II Tier coach. Meanwhile, Train No. 17013 traveling from Hadapsar to Kazipet will feature an additional AC III Tier coach from September 2, 2025.
These upgrades aim to offer better travel experiences, particularly for passengers who prefer air-conditioned classes. By permanently adding these coaches, SCR hopes to reduce waiting lists and improve convenience for those traveling between Telangana and Maharashtra. This decision highlights the railway’s dedication to meeting the increasing travel demands in this area.
