Hyderabad: A 2-kilometre marathon was successfully held at the Hockey Grounds in Secunderabad Cantonment on Tuesday. This event was part of the Swachhata Hi Seva campaign 2024, which aims to promote cleanliness.
Madhukar Naik, the CEO of Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB), highlighted the importance of public involvement in such activities. He said that these efforts not only help keep the environment clean but also encourage citizens to take responsibility for their surroundings.
Madhukar Naik, along with Joint CEO Ms. Pallavi Vijaywanshi, led the marathon, showing their commitment to the cause. Their leadership inspired many others, including members from local resident welfare associations, nearby colonies, and staff from the Cantonment, to join in the event.
