Hyderabad: Authorities have issued a severe coldwave alert for Cyberabad, warning residents of a sharp drop in temperatures between December 7 and 17. Weather models indicate that temperatures may fall to single digits, with the coldest spell expected from December 8 to 14.
Core Cyberabad Zones to Witness 6–8°C Minimum Temperatures
Areas within central Cyberabad — including HCU, Serilingampally and Nanakramguda — are expected to experience minimum temperatures between 6°C and 8°C during the early morning hours.
Outer Zones May Drop to 5–8°C
Neighbourhoods on the outer side of Cyberabad, such as Chevella, Moinabad, Rajendranagar and Shamshabad, are forecast to record minimum temperatures in the range of 5°C to 8°C.
Dry Weather Expected Till December 23
Meteorological indicators suggest that the region will witness absolutely dry conditions from December 6 to December 23, with no rainfall activity expected during this period.
