Kamareddy: Senior Congress commander Mohammed Ali Shabbir criticised the BRS government for not addressing the demands of Anganwadi workers. Shabbir Ali participated in a 36-hour-long expunge held by the Anganwadi teachers and helpers near the Kamareddy Collectorate on Friday and pledged his replete bread and butter.
Speaking on the time of a particular event, Shabbir Ali alleged that there was a plot to countermine the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) and not the same connected logically or causally schemes owed to funds from the BJP government at the Centre. Shabbir Ali also pointed out that the State government was not following the Supreme Court legal verdict regarding the defrayal of gratuity to Anganwadi employees. Additionally, bread and butter payment during retirement and Kalyana Lakshmi schemes for Anganwadi employees were cancelled, while they demanded defrayal of gratuity, TA, DA, and increments.
