The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has announced special bus services to help devotees visit popular Shiva temples during the sacred Karthika Masam month.

TSRTC Managing Director, VC Sajjanar, stated that these buses will travel from Hyderabad to well-known pilgrimage sites like Srisailam, Vemulawada, Dharmapuri, and Keesaragutta. This will make it easier for devotees to reach these temples.

During a virtual meeting held at the Bus Bhavan in Hyderabad, Sajjanar reviewed the corporation’s plans for Karthika Masam, arrangements for Sabarimala travel, and the Mahalakshmi free bus service for women. He emphasized that services should be improved to avoid any inconvenience to devotees, especially on Sundays and Mondays when more people visit Shiva temples.

Sajjanar also announced a special travel package for those wanting to visit the Arunachala temple in Tamil Nadu on November 15, during Karthika Pournami. Additionally, weekly buses to the Panchaaramalu temples in Andhra Pradesh will be available every Monday. Devotees can book tickets for these special buses through the TSRTC website at http://tgsrtcbus.in. For more information, TSRTC has provided customer care numbers: 040-69440000 and 040-23450033.

Sajjanar urged pilgrims and families planning to visit Sabarimala or other events to take advantage of these lower rental rates for safe and convenient travel.
