The SSC Public Examinations for Class X students will start on March 21, 2025. Students will get five extra minutes to enter the exam centers. The exams will begin at 9:30 am, and latecomers can enter until 9:35 am. This grace period has been followed in previous years as well.

The exams will generally be held from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. However, there are some exceptions. The first language composite course exam will continue until 12:50 pm. The Physical Science and Biological Science exams will be on different days and will run from 9:30 am to 11:00 am.

A new rule has been introduced this year regarding answer booklets. Instead of using multiple sheets, students will get a 24-page answer booklet. This change is meant to reduce the chances of losing pages and prevent cheating in the exam halls.
