Hyderabad: Police filed a case against Haldiram’s Attapur store on February 16 for allegedly selling sweets that were expired or had fungus.
Videos online show sweet boxes covered in mold, with claims that the boxes didn’t have clear manufacturing or expiry dates.
Authorities have sent samples from the store to a food safety lab for testing.
