Gadwal: RDO Srinivasa Rao Orders Quick Resolution of Complaints at Prajavani Program

Gadwal: Giving top importance to solving public problems, RDO Srinivasa Rao asked officials to quickly settle the complaints received during the Prajavani (Public Grievance Day) program.
The Prajavani event was held on Monday at the Integrated District Offices Complex meeting hall.
A total of 25 complaints were submitted by citizens from different parts of the district.

During the program, people shared their issues directly with RDO Srinivasa Rao and Employment Officer (EO) Narender.
They handed over their petitions and requested quick action.
RDO Srinivasa Rao told the officials that no complaint should be delayed.
He asked them to check each case carefully and solve problems without wasting time.
He stressed the need for responsive governance and reminded everyone that public trust depends on how fast and well their problems are handled.

Officials from many departments attended the event.
They listened to the complaints and promised to take action quickly whenever possible.
