District Collector Urges Quick Action on Public Grievances

District Collector B.M. Santosh has instructed officials to prioritize and promptly address grievances received during the Prajavani program. He emphasized the importance of resolving issues quickly and maintaining transparency in the process.

The Prajavani program was held on Monday at the Integrated District Office Complex conference hall. During the event, 45 grievances were submitted by citizens from across the district. District Collector B.M. Santosh personally received the applications, along with Additional Collectors Lakshmi Narayana and Narsing Rao.

Speaking at the event, the Collector underlined the significance of the weekly Prajavani program in addressing public concerns. He urged officials to handle all applications without delays, ensuring an efficient response to the citizens’ issues.
