The cold wave has been attributed to clear skies and dry weather conditions prevailing over the region. Meteorological conditions indicate that the cold spell may continue for the next few days, with temperatures expected to remain low during the early morning and late evening hours.

The western and northwestern parts of Hyderabad appear to be the most affected by the cold wave, with temperatures consistently lower than the city’s central and eastern areas. Residents are advised to take necessary precautions and dress warmly when stepping out during early morning hours.
