As per reports, around 2,28,000 acres of crops have been damaged due to the unseasonal rains. To provide relief to the affected farmers, the Chief Minister has announced a compensation of Rs.10,000 per damaged acre in the state. Most of the tenant farmers have suffered significant losses due to the rains, and the compensation amount will be provided to them by the concerned officers.

The Chief Minister also clarified that there is no need for financial aid from the Central Government. He alleged that the BJP government has not implemented a single beneficial policy for farmers in the country and is more interested in playing politics than working for the welfare of farmers and people.

KCR asserted that his government is committed to working for the welfare of farmers and ensuring that their needs are met. He further added that his government’s efforts for farmers have been exemplary and will continue to work towards making them self-sufficient.
