    Hyderabad, July 1 (Namaste Telangana): Telangana state has emerged as one of the top destinations for higher education in the country. With a large number of colleges catering to the needs of lakhs of students, the state has gained recognition as the second-best state in the nation. Various colleges from Telangana have made it to the top 30 best colleges in the country, according to the India Today-MBARES Best Colleges Survey 2023.

    In Karnataka, there are 62 colleges for every lakh of students aged between 18 and 23, while in Telangana, there are 53 colleges. Kerala and Himachal Pradesh follow suit with colleges in the same range. Our state has a wide range of colleges offering courses in engineering, medical, pharmacy, architecture, fine arts, and many other specializations. The government has been upgrading schools into colleges to accommodate the growing interest in education. As a result, there has been an increase in the number of college-going students in recent years. The state is making efforts to provide quality education to all.

    The top 30 best colleges in India have seen several colleges from Hyderabad making their mark. Engineering, arts, commerce, science, BBM, BCA, medical, and law colleges from Hyderabad have been featured in this prestigious list. The inclusion of Hyderabad colleges in multiple fields such as engineering, commerce, medical, and law is commendable.

    Delhi has seen a significant number of colleges making it to the top 30 best colleges list. There are six engineering, thirteen arts, fourteen commerce, fifteen science, eleven BBM, six BCA, six medical, and six law colleges from Delhi.

    Chennai has four colleges in arts, commerce, science, and BCA categories that have made it to the top 30 best colleges list. Three BBM colleges are also featured.

    From Bangalore, there are three engineering, five arts, five commerce, four science, seven BBM, eight BCA, three medical, and five law colleges.

    Mumbai has two engineering, five arts, five commerce, four science, three BBM, two BCA, two medical, and one law college in the top 30 list.

    Pune has one engineering, science, medical, and two law colleges in the top 30 best colleges list.

    Lucknow has one commerce college, two medical colleges, and two law colleges in the survey.

    Kolkata has one science college, one medical college, and one law college in the list. Bhopal has one medical college and one law college featured. Gwalior has one BBM, one BCA, and one commerce college. Coimbatore has one engineering and one commerce college listed. Varanasi has one medical college and one law college.
