In a major reshuffle in the Telangana Police Department, several high-ranking Indian Police Service (IPS) officers have been transferred following new government orders.

One of the key changes is the reappointment of CV Anand as the Commissioner of Police (CP) for Hyderabad. He had previously served in this role and is recognized for making a significant impact during his earlier tenure.

The government has also made other important transfers. Kothakota Srinivas Reddy has been assigned as the Vigilance Director General (DG), while Vijaykumar will take on the role of Additional Commissioner of Police (ACP) DG.

Additionally, Mahesh Bhagwat has been appointed as the Additional Director General of Police for Personnel, and M. Ramesh is now the Inspector General (IG) of Police for Sports. Both officers will play important roles in ensuring the continued development and improvement of the police force.
