Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has asked officials to speed up the process of creating new ration cards. He also announced that applications for these cards will start being accepted from October 2.
The Chief Minister held a review meeting with several ministers, including N Uttam Kumar Reddy, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, and Damodara Rajanarsimha. This meeting took place at the Secretariat.
During the meeting, the CM also checked on the progress of the digital ration cards. A cabinet sub-committee will meet again later this month to finalize the plans and make sure the process for issuing new ration cards moves quickly.
