Telangana IAS and IPS Officers’ Association Condemns KTR's Remarks Against Rajanna Sircilla Collector

The Telangana IAS and IPS Officers’ Association has strongly criticized recent comments made by BRS working president K T Rama Rao (KTR). Speaking at a party meeting in his Sircilla constituency, KTR reportedly referred to the Collector of Rajanna Sircilla District as a “Congress worker.”

During his address, KTR accused the Collector of urging BRS leaders to switch parties. He claimed that the Collector was behaving like a political activist and warned that such actions would not go unnoticed. “A magnificent Collectorate was built in Rajanna Sircilla District. A Congress worker is sitting as Collector there. They (Congress) are doing politics with such persons. It will not make any difference. We will see how long the Collector, these officers, these police…we will see their drama,” he said. KTR further cautioned that officials acting like Congress members and engaging in “over action” would be dealt with “interest.”
