Hyderabad: On Saturday, the Hyderabad traffic police announced a traffic plan for Eid-ul-Azha Bakrid prayers at the Mir Alam Tank Eidgah in Bahadurpura. Restrictions are in effect between 7 am and 11:30 am.
Vehicles heading to Eidgah from Puranapul, Kamatipura, and Kishanbagh can access the area via Bahadurpura X Roads. Parking is available beside the Zoo Park Wall and near Masjid Allah-ho-Akbar.
General traffic cannot move towards Eidgah, Tadban during this time. It will be redirected to the Dr Manmohan Singh express flyover (from Zoo Park to Aramgarh).
Traffic from Shivarampally-Danamma Huts can access Eidgah through Dannama Huts X Roads. Parking is available at the Modern Petrol Pump, inside and outside Mir Alam filter bed, and from Sufi Cars to Modern Petrol Pump for four-wheelers, and from Yadav Parking to Legacy Palace.
General traffic will be rerouted at Danamma Huts X Roads towards Shastripuram and NS Kunta.
Vehicles from Kalapather can access Eidgah Mir Alam Tank via Kalapather L&O PS. Parking is provided at the Mass Material shop and Indian Oil Petrol bunk.
Traffic not headed to Eidgah will be diverted at Kalapather L&O PS towards Mochi Colony, Bahadurpura, Shamsheergunj, and Nawab saheb Kunta.
Heavy vehicles from Puranapul to Bahadurpura will be redirected towards Ziyaguda and City College if needed, until the congregation disperses.
Traffic from Shamshabad, Rajendra Nagar, and Milardevpally to Bahadurpura can use the Dr Manmohan Flyover until the congregation disperses. Similarly, traffic heading back will use the same route.
