Nirmal: At Vashishta High School in Adarsh Nagar, students and staff celebrated the Bathukamma festival early on Saturday, marking the last school day before the holidays. The event highlighted the vibrant culture and traditions of Telangana. Students and teachers engaged in traditional dances and sang folk songs, creating a joyful atmosphere.
School chairman Gollapalli Srinivas Goud discussed the significance of the Bathukamma festival in the region. Principal Gollapalli Madhavi and other teachers also took part in the festivities.
