Water Supply Interruption in Hyderabad Due to Maintenance Works

In an important update for the citizens of Hyderabad, the Krishna Drinking Water Supply Project (KDWSP) Phase-3 is scheduled to undergo maintenance work. This routine maintenance will cause water supply interruptions in several areas of the city.

The KDWSP, which is responsible for supplying clean drinking water from Kodandapur to Godagandla, will be working on a 2375 MM dia pipeline. The work includes fixing major water leakages, changing non-functioning valves such as air valves, and gate valves, among other repairs.

The maintenance work is scheduled to start on 13th October 2025 at 6 AM and will continue until 14th October 2025, 6 PM, causing a total disruption of 36 hours.

Therefore, for these 36 hours, there will be water supply issues under the purview of the reservoirs of KDWSP Phase-3 Ring Main-1. Here are the areas that will be affected due to the water supply interruption:
