In Hyderabad, there is a shift in the type of candidates being fielded by political parties for elections. In the past, professionals like lawyers and doctors were seen as public servants, but now parties are choosing candidates based on their financial resources. Many candidates in Telangana have strong business backgrounds and are promising better days for the common people if elected.

Corporate figures like Konda Vishveswara Reddy, M Srinivas Reddy, Ranjit Reddy, Nama Nageshwara Rao, BB Patil, Madhavi Latha, A Ramesh, G Vamshi, Raghuram Reddy, and T Vinod Rao are contesting in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. These candidates are using their business acumen to connect with voters and secure their support.

Konda Vishveswara Reddy, from a family active in healthcare industry, is contesting from Chevella Lok Sabha segment against Ranjit Reddy, a big name in the poultry industry. Similarly, Nama Nageshwara Rao, a construction company head, is facing off against Raghuram Reddy, owner of corporate schools, in Khammam. The election in these segments is expected to be highly competitive with big leaders from various parties vying for victory.

BB Patil, a BJP candidate from Zaheerabad, is challenging former MP Suresh Shetkar from Congress. A Ramesh, a noted contractor and businessman, is contesting from Warangal after switching to BJP. G Vamshi, son of Congress leader G Vinod, is running in Peddapalli SC reserved segment against BRS senior leader K Eshwar.

M Srinivas Reddy, a sitting MP and senior leader of BRS with a corporate background, is contesting from Mahbubnagar against Congress candidate Vamshichand Reddy. These candidates with strong business backgrounds are making the elections interesting and competitive in Telangana.
