YS Jagan instructs Collectors to allocate Rs 10,000 aid for cyclone-damaged houses

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has instructed the district collectors to give immediate relief of Rs 10,000 to people whose houses were damaged by cyclonic storm Michaung. The Chief Minister discussed the relief efforts with the district collectors and SPs through a video conference. He emphasized the need for a compassionate approach and urged officials to understand the needs of the affected people. YS Jagan also stated that the YSR Congress Party would support farmers by providing assistance with crop protection, grain purchase, and seed supply. He emphasized the importance of restoring electricity and repairing roads affected by the cyclone. Additionally, he announced that the government would provide financial support to the family of a constable who lost his life during rescue operations.
