Around 10 companies from across the country attended a pre-bid meeting in Hyderabad for the construction of the second phase of 232 MW solar plants by Singareni. Tata Solar Power, Enrich Energy, Novas Green Engineering, and Earth in Project were among the companies present. Singareni officials explained the details of the solar plants to be built in 8 areas through a power point presentation.
The construction agencies have been invited to inspect the construction sites and transport facilities. Singareni has already completed 224 MW plants in the first phase of its 300 MW solar plants. Tenders for the second phase must be submitted by the 25th of this month, and construction should be completed within a year after tenders are finalized. Bills will be paid on time depending on the construction stages.
The agencies that attended the pre-bid meeting expressed their interest in working with Singareni. Singareni officials from various departments also participated in the meeting.
