11 Complaints Resolved at Jogulamba Gadwal Police Grievance Day

Gadwal: The District Superintendent of Police, T. Srinivas Rao, emphasized the police’s dedication to providing accessible services and solving public issues transparently. He spoke at a Grievance Day event at the District Police Office on Monday.

The SP personally handled 11 complaints from district residents. He immediately contacted relevant police stations, instructing officers to assist the complainants lawfully and promptly.

SP Srinivas Rao highlighted that Grievance Day aims to make police services available and ensure fair treatment. He urged officers to welcome all complainants with respect, accurately record their issues, and investigate on-site when needed to ensure justice.

SP Srinivas Rao promised quick action on all grievances through legal means. He mentioned that direct interactions like these enhance community-police relations and resolve issues efficiently.
