Gadwal: Every Monday, the District Police Office hosts a Grievance Day to help the public. This week, 20 complaints came in from around the district. District Superintendent of Police T. Srinivasa Rao, IPS, personally attended to these cases with the help of the DSP and Circle Inspectors.
SP Srinivasa Rao explained that Grievance Day lets citizens who haven’t received justice at local police stations directly talk to senior officials. It’s a chance to address their issues and find solutions.
He reviewed each complaint closely. He contacted relevant police officers over the phone, giving them immediate instructions to take necessary action. He also offered detailed advice on how each case should be investigated and resolved.
The SP asked officials to provide updates on the progress of each complaint.
