A man was killed by his nephew in Narlapur village because he reportedly misbehaved with his wife. This is the fifth murder in two months in the district. The victim, M Posham, died after being beaten and dragged by his nephew, Suresh. Suresh hit Posham on the head with a wooden pole during an argument at his agriculture field. Posham died on the spot from his injuries. Suresh was angry because his wife told him about her uncle’s bad behavior.

The police registered a case and started investigating. In other recent incidents, Janagama Swapna was hacked to death by her former husband and two others over a land dispute, Lavudya Sagar was killed by four people for being too close to a girl, Muske Mahesh was bludgeoned to death by a family for harassing a widow, Nadipelli Laxmikantha Rao was murdered by unknown persons, and Salluri Anjali was stabbed to death by her female friend after rejecting her marriage proposal.

These incidents are causing panic in the district, and the police are working hard to solve the cases and bring the perpetrators to justice.
