Dr. Swati Katta, a Research Scholar, has recently received her PhD from the Department of Commerce at Satavahana University in Karimnagar. Her research focused on the impact of organized retailing on unorganized retailing in Telangana State from a consumer perspective. Dr. D Harikanth, the head and chairman of the Board of Studies in the Department of Commerce, guided her throughout her research. The Controller of Examination, Dr. NV Sriranga Prasad, announced this achievement in a press release.
Dr. Swati Katta’s research topic explored how organized retailing affects the unorganized retail sector in Telangana State, specifically looking at it from the perspective of consumers. This research has contributed to her earning her PhD degree.
