Nizamabad: Former DGP Anurag Sharma joined the Rotary Club James’ ceremony for their new executive team for 2025-26. He led the oath-taking, appointing Pakala Narasimha Rao as the president, Ganji Ramesh as the secretary, and Palti Rajith Kumar as the treasurer, along with other board members.
The event was attended by notable guests, including former Rotary Governor Hanumant Reddy, Assistant Governor Jaipal Reddy, and members from Rotary Club Nizamabad, Rotary Club of Armour, and Rotary Club Kamareddy.
During the event, Pakala Narasimha Rao announced a new project. With support from Rotary Club Lake District Mohanabad, the club trust, former DGP Anurag Sharma, and Rotary Club James, they will build two toilet blocks in a government girls’ school in Nizamabad city. This project is valued at Rs 30 lakh.
