A large fire erupted at Gubba Pharma Cold Storage in Annaram village, Sangareddy district on Wednesday night. The flames quickly engulfed the entire facility, leaving it completely destroyed. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. The reason for the fire is still unknown.
Fire engines arrived promptly from Sangareddy and nearby Medak and Medchal-Malkajgiri districts. Firefighters worked tirelessly for over an hour to stop the fire from reaching other nearby industrial areas.
Despite their hard work, much of the cold storage was turned to ashes. The facility contained various pharmaceutical products from local companies in the Sangareddy district.
