Abhishek Agarwal, the producer of the film ‘Kashmir Files’, has sent a legal notice to Mamata Banerjee, the Chief Minister of West Bengal. He claims that she made false and defamatory statements about the film, and is demanding an apology. Agarwal states that the statements are unverified and made to defame the film.

The legal notice also explains that the making of the film caused a lot of stress and trauma for the producer. The main intention of the film is to bring hidden truths to the public. However, some people have criticized the film with ill intentions.

The notice asks Mamata Banerjee to either prove her allegations or withdraw them and apologize. The apology should be given with equal publicity to the original statements.
