ACB officials conducted a raid at the Pebbair Municipality office in Wanaparthy district. The investigation was focused on Municipal Commissioner Adiseshu.
In 2023, Adiseshu oversaw painting work in wards 2, 3, 7, and 10. For each ward, a bill of 83,930 rupees was submitted.
The contractor involved in the work agreed to pay 20,000 rupees as a bribe. Adiseshu received the money, but ACB DSP B Krishna Goud and his team caught him red-handed.

In addition to the raid at the office, ACB officers also searched the home of Commissioner Adiseshu in Hyderabad.
