The Chief Minister of Telangana, K Chandrashekar Rao, spoke on Monday about the BRS party’s aim to provide an honest and corruption-free government in Maharashtra. The BRS party has prepared campaign materials and Marathi songs for the upcoming election. Rao stated that he had learned many things from Maharashtra, but that irresponsible and careless policies led to the current circumstances. He discussed with leaders from Maharashtra about setting up committees in constituencies and establishing BRS units in villages and talukas across the state, taking the party structurally to the Maratha people.

Rao said that the administration in Maharashtra was deteriorating day by day and that the BRS Party was working tirelessly to bring qualitative development in the lives of people. The party has decided to set up offices in four major cities and asked party leaders to form committees in every village in Maharashtra. The BRS chief made it clear that there would be no alliance with any party in Maharashtra.

Rao emphasized the importance of involving dalits and women in development, stating that 70 percent of people were far away from development and that 20 percent of dalits were like diamonds. If they were used, they would create miracles in the country. Society will change its course if women are given opportunities, he asserted. The aim of BRS is to realize Ambedkar’s dreams, he added.
