The 84th Convocation of Osmania University took place at the Tagore Auditorium, Hyderabad, celebrating academic excellence. Many students received degrees in various fields, highlighting the university’s rich history. Adevally Soujanya was awarded a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management for her significant research contributions. The degree was presented by Dr. V. Narayanan, the Chairman of ISRO, with the Governor of Telangana, Shri Jishnu Dev Varma, and Prof. M. Kumar, the Vice-Chancellor, in attendance.
Soujanya conducted her doctoral research under the guidance of Prof. Y. Jahangir. Her study explored employee perception and job satisfaction, focusing on how workplace stress, motivation, and organizational benefits affect job engagement. Her findings offer valuable insights for both academia and practical human resource strategies.
Soujanya expressed her gratitude, stating that pursuing doctoral studies at Osmania University was a lifelong dream. She felt honored to receive the degree in the presence of distinguished individuals, finding it both humbling and inspiring. This achievement fuels her passion for further research in employee well-being and human resource development.
