Vasantrao Chauhan, a Member of Parliament from Nanded, Maharashtra, has sadly passed away due to health complications. His funeral took place in Naygaon, Maharashtra.
Dr. SA Sampath Kumar, the AICC Secretary and Maharashtra In-Charge, along with being a former MLA, attended the funeral to pay his respects. He spoke about how Vasantrao Chauhan was a kind-hearted leader and emphasized that his passing is a great loss to the Congress Party.
Dr. Sampath Kumar also shared that during Vasantrao Chauhan’s critical condition in Hyderabad over the past 15 days, he personally ensured that all necessary medical arrangements were made. He coordinated with the Telangana government to provide the best possible care.
He assured the grieving family that the All India Congress Party, led by President Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi, would continue to offer full support to them. Dr. Sampath Kumar extended his deepest condolences to the family and reaffirmed that the Congress Party would stand by them during this difficult time. He also took part in the funeral rites.
