    Gadwal: Aiza Municipality to Honor Outgoing Leadership

    A major decision was made during the all-party committee meeting held at Aiza Municipality headquarters. The committee announced that a grand felicitation program will be organized to honor the outgoing municipal governing body. The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, the 25th of this month, at 10:00 AM at the Integrated Complex near the Ambedkar statue.

    The outgoing municipal administration, led by Municipal Chairman Devanna, will be recognized for their exemplary service over the past five years. The committee commended Devanna and the municipal councilors for their integrity and for maintaining a dispute-free administration. They acknowledged that the council consistently worked for the welfare of the people, and this event is a gesture to celebrate their dedication and achievements.

    During the meeting, committee members stressed the importance of recognizing good governance and opposing wrongdoing. They urged the future governing body to continue prioritizing the development of the town and emphasized the need for unity and progress. The hope is that this program will inspire new leaders to focus on the betterment of Aiza.

    The committee also proposed increasing the number of municipal councilors from 20 to 25 in response to the town’s growing needs. They highlighted that several issues in Aiza remain unresolved and called on the incoming governing body to take responsibility for addressing these challenges.

    Lastly, the leaders reaffirmed their commitment to bringing unresolved problems to public attention and working toward solutions. They urged all residents of Aiza, regardless of party, caste, or religion, to come together and participate in the felicitation program. The committee expressed confidence that the event would be a grand success.
