A bus driver in Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh, was attacked by two people after honking at a car in front of him. The incident happened on Friday, but a video of the attack went viral on social media the next day.
In the video, two individuals can be seen assaulting the driver, who ran away to protect himself. A female conductor and other bystanders eventually intervened and stopped the attackers.
The RTC employees’ Union condemned the police for failing to arrest the attackers even after a complaint was filed.
